I have this thing called faith,
whose forever by my side, from the
moment i lay my head to rest, til
the moment that i arise.

See it's not this tangible thing, that one has eyes
to see, its more a knowing feeling, that gives one peace & sets you free.

Free from the highest mountains that once seemed to
much to climb, with faith i've conquered all
of them, leaving fear now far behind.

Ive learned to savor all of life,
even take a risk or two. For isn't
that what lifes about, not sadness,
doom and gloom.

For the day will come when this lovely
thing, that we call life has ended.
So treasure it all, soak in every moment,
for which it was intended.

Faith is the tangible kernel of our inner selves which makes everything . . . anything possible. You wrote it like it is, Denise, faith in yourself it the first step to happiness.

Well written dreamgal.
We all have faith in something. Some things more spiritual than others.

This is a very soothing positive writing and has excellent inner peace within the verses.

I've always liked how the Bible describes faith...
"Faith is the assured expectation of things hoped for, the evident demonstration of realities though not beheld.

Hebrews 11: 1
