A tiny sphere
in the vastness of Universe.
That’s our Earth,
quietly rotating around the sun,
without ever faltering,
only a sigh every now and then
and a temporary shuddering
due to her heart of fire.

Imagine!
The sun, a little star
in the Milky Way,
happened to be at exactly
the right distance
to allow the development of life
on this our blue planet.

A miracle that inspires awe.

Milliards of souls
have chosen Earth
as their temporary home
and favourite playground.
We are the Starseed
and we rehearse
in the Divine Project of Love!
We all come into this
sacred world
with good intentions,
with the blessings of our
Divine Creator,
to experience duality
and to learn to choose love
as the main ingredient of life
upon our path of evolution
into profoundly conscious beings.

All life down here inspires awe.
Plants, animals, human beings.

Our Earth!
An amazing display of beauty
and perfection!
I stand in wonderment and gratitude
for the infinite splendour
and magnificence of
this place we call our Home.

Yet, in the thoughtless race
of greedy, profit oriented
exploitation of the resources,
nobody will win in the long run.
We might just leave behind
our own ashes ...

But change for the better
is in our power.

Our Earth and all of humanity
deserve more Love and respect.
It all depends on how we take to heart
our sense of responsibility,
our acting for the benefit of all,
by safeguarding Nature
and all the forms of life.

I celebrate the beauty of Earth
on this and on every coming day ...

Ah, one more shot across the bow of the takers and exploiters. Good one too.

Beautiful Mother Earth
Births anew each day
Giving us all another chance
To heal her tears away.
May we choose to do good.

Love your poem, Margherita,

Thank you so much, dear Jerry, dear Startime (welcome back!), dear Eric and dear Ebonygirl (I enjoyed your thoughts!), for your kind visit and appreciation.

The risks are known, but all too often, financial interests simply run over the measures to avoid distruction (a tough term, but not exaggerated!)of our Home.

Love and joy.

A poem filled with the very spirit that will keep the earth sacred..

After the folly of modern life has subsided,
I believe there will be enough of the old school earth left
to share among those that remember how to live
in the peaceable kingdom that was taken away
by pop culture,
and the greed that it instilled.

" We are the Starseed
and we rehearse
in the Divine Project of Love!"

Your poem is a wonderful tribute to Mother.
Thank you for it, Ms.M

Simply put, I love this!

MIssed you and your positiveness!!!

Dear Ford, thank you so much for your beautiful comment. Yes, I think you are right about the future. What alternatives are there and where else could we possibly have a chance? Awakening to the Essential and all it contains is the solution.

Dear dreamgal, I missed you too! Thank you so much for your loving comment. You say it as it is ... when we feel the awe of it All like children do, then certainly we come closer to doing justice to the beauty and wonder of Mother Earth.

Love,
Margherita
