SKY The Sky comes to me In billows of white Cotton candy puffs It kisses my crown With rays of tender golden fingertips That bless my cheeks ...pink Sky breeze tussles my hair Wisps wave goodbye To the error of my ways Oh... how beautiful The silver clouds drift In and out of my Blue turquoise Sky So lovely, he comes to meet me Where I stand, gentle strength Within a Lioness heart, inviting ...you make my hair curl. -------------------------------- E.M.L. |

Hehhehheh . . . Last line tickled me. Gotta love it. Beautifully rendered poem of nature's way giving bless to you and even forgives you of certain things. This is important that you included that line in here, "the error or my ways," because I feel that you have to forgive yourself and maybe that was what you were doing here. The "gentle strength" is yet another timely and perfect line. Thus is my take on your stunning poem today, E.M.L. ~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~ |
