Fair to middlin' of nowhere

Hot flashes
catching me off guard
I find my mind wandering
to steamy places
Blame it on Spring
and nature’s way
to fan the flames of fancy
Perhaps the perfume
of blooms in the air
or the warm winds
on my skin
are the catalysts of my heat
