Only losses are by me encountered
So far no success to my credit at all
Things which others call as success
Are to me only ordinary incidents

Major goals of mine never got realized
Despite the hardest efforts taken by me
Colossal defeats descended on my head
That was unbearable to my brittle heart

With great hope, I would start a venture
But, I would get defeated very shabbily
Those whom I trusted used to badly cheat
As a result I would land in ugly failure

Chaotic has become my worrying mind
Where only dejection decides cruelly
I have lost trust upon humanity fully
As humanity knows not to reciprocate

One noble soul, I am yet to identify
As all love to be indecently selfish
Justice and truth are fully forgotten
Severe turmoil occupies my weak nerves

I lost in every deal that I deeply trusted
I am ditched by all those whom I helped
Not even a single loyal friend I now have
Earth to me consists of ungrateful souls

My cheers, sweats and hopes are buried
Even God, it seems, is not at all moved
The reason must be known to the Almighty
After end, I will properly get intimated

I must pull on with great fortitude
Enormous patience must be ever held
Truth and Justice will at last triumph
I must proceed with that faith only

There is a powerful force determining
All events with the greatest authority
That force knows to do only the best
My depending upon that force is true

My confused state continues indefinitely
Its never ending nature disturbs my soul
My one and only hope is the Lord only
His rescuing attitude increases my hope.

"Truth and Justice will at last triumph

mvvenkataraman, I read your posting with great dismay, but not surprise. Yes, mankind are lying, slippery snakes and cannot be trusted, but they wear false smiles and talk false promises. You keep "Truth and Justice" as your goal, my friend, I don't think God has much to do with it.

This is very well written, Poet friend. There is probably not one living being who has not been at some point in life disappointed by the behaviour of fellow travellers. Such events make us cautious, diffident, and in the worst cases cold hearted.

The safety rope is made of LOVE. Mistrust lacks love. I believe that divine guidance is available to us, it makes us stronger in the belief that we are not alone in our efforts to be of service to others, while realizing our projects.

The one lesson that we should all repeat ad infinitum is the lesson of LOVE.

Thank you for your thought provoking work.

Your reply I received with joy
And read it very carefully
You have taken troubles to reply
And I feel honored by your comments
Both of you have quoted vital points
And I feel I am educated strongly
Please continue your patronage

To enable me to write better.

I understand this so completely... for I've lived many lines of it. But your last 2 lines are so powerful... however much life disappoints us, however much we don't understand and however much simply isn't fair... hang onto that hope!!

Dear respected suthern,

I feel elated by your comments
I am indebted to your views
You have augmented my strength
I thank you for your kind act
I am an ordinary poet here
But, I am given tonic to write
This proves that God exists
In case I am totally ignored
No body is going to ask why
Sky will not fall on the soil
May God bless noble souls
Who write in this great site
And also encourage little poets.

With best wishes, Thanking you, Yours truly,

mvvenkataraman
