Spring

Spring is arriving, arriving, arriving
Fresh air breezes in
You, are arriving
with the sweetness it brings

My flute of lullabies
Sways me awake,
enters into my soul
Stirring me slow

Spring's bass note beats
Into my soul
The door I've left opened
For only you to enter in

Spring is arriving, arriving, arriving
Spring's arriving
Enter in, enter in
You are welcomed
Enter in.

This is an awesome poem. I am glad spring is coming because it means the cold weather will soon end. I truly enjoyed the read!!!

Spring arrives here very slowly, but the music of your poem is very encouraging.
I read this, this morning, it was 12 degrees outside, and that was discouraging..

I thought, it's winter yet, and yet still the poet sings of spring... I listend to your song, and felt better.

not like the bone-crunching sensation
I felt this morning when jarred awake!

Yes, Jerry Spring is watching and waiting outside your window, ready to take away the chill.

Ice, 12 degrees, wow! I will pray to the gods to send you all more sunshine and light. Sunshine might be busy though writing her poetry. Thank you for your kind reply.
