More than words

The haunting wind that blows so cold
Of Pendle witch these tales are told
And through the mist upon the moor
The Kestrel high above to soar
And reeds that warn you of the marsh
And frost to shine in Winters harsh
The valley green so far below
And clouds that swirl these things you know
And of the hare in March that leapt
Or by the brook where lovers wept
And foxes den or badgers lair
As with these words I'll take you there
From orchid rare to bells so blue
The beauty of a love that's true

Nice. Love this more than words sonnet. I think it is a sonnet. When I write sonnets my rhyming is every other line. So be it. Love the geographical location and the more than words scheme.

~*~ If they give you lined paper, write sideways. ~*~

It is a sonnet ,as far as the definition goes, and usually I do rhyme every other line, this one slightly different
