Cupid's Flower

The dusk now falls on forest glade
The fireflies dance without a veil
A fairy ring within the shade
Titania's skin unearthly pale
A sprinkling now of fairy dust
The moonbeams play on cool dew pond
Will she awake with eyes to lust
The magic weaved without a wand
Oberon's rule to be obeyed
Cupid's flower in love we fall
Can this be true poor Bottom brayed
In human form no love at all
In dreams we love, in dreams we care
And hope, awake, our Love is there.
