Reaching reluctantly for the alarm clock moanin’ my feet to the floor Goin’ thru the motions makin’ coffee in my sleep suckin’ down that first cup Tryin’ to keep from creepin’ back to bed with too many Z’s dancin’ in my head Trudgin’ thru the Monday muddle getting dressed looking for my missing shoe My makeup will just have to do the clock is winning the race again If I move any slower rigor mortis will set in My usual Monday moanin’ routine tryin’ to work up a head of steam by the time I drag into work with my yawnin’ smile My alert is late looks like I’ll have to wait until it arrives behind closin’ eyes LGR©2/20/12 |

I moaned so well on Monday, I'm replaying it for Tuesday! LOL STILL can't wake up... my get up and go must be frolicking with yours! LOL Enjoyed this... and understand! |
