Pulse

Midnight.
Neither the day before
or the day after -
Limbo . . .
hovering between the two,
where time stands still
with neither past nor future
dictating -
existence.
And we,
enmeshed as one -

Pulse

.

"enmeshed as one -

Pulse"

This kiss
The soft embrace
We are dying
You and I

Yet here we are
In each other’s arms

Now tell me
God isn’t kind

Or as some say at midnight, "Last call!"

Midnight, the bewitching hour, leaving the past and preparing for the future, one second tick at a time.

This beauty leaves me sighing... and wishing for you many many more times between the beat. *S*

I loved your thoughts in this James ... if only we could make that type of time stand still. Much enjoyed this.

Best wishes,
/Kit

Ah, beats the heck out of midnight alone... Where I have been far too much for my own liking.

Enmeshed as one pulse in limbo at midnight when time stands still - what a beautiful image, Jimmy.

You write gentle with such understanding and beauty.  Love the image and the invitation to feel how peace should feel.  Thank you, jimmy friend.
