SEASONS OF ALLITERATION

Spring sprang splendor
Down drip drop
Rain rebirth regrowth
Buds burst blooming
Fragrant flowing flowers
Aspire arousing aroma
Lush lovely lilacs
Pretty purple petals
Ravishing red roses
Bountiful beautiful bouquets

Summer sweet sensations
Green grass growing
Creepy creatures crawling
Baby birds basking
Sun shimering sunshine
Long leafy looks
Inspire instant illusions
Very vast vacations
Riding rolling rapids
Swim splashing seas
Welcome weekend wonders

Autumn's absent abundance
Fall flavor flaming
Tree tops turning
Leaping leaves landing
Tinged tangeled tumble
Rake return rerake
Cool crisp calm
School strutting students
Prepare proper preparations

Winter world wonderland
Frigid freezing frost
Clear cold chill
Blowing blizzard burying
Window white whirling
Snow sled slidding
Wearing warm wool
Heated hearth hotcocoa
Melting muddy mess
Return renew rerun

Spring sprang sprung

The seasons come the seasons . . . Well, you know the rest. This was a well-written poem concerning the seasons. So far this particular season (winter) has been very, very mild down here in the swamp.

Winter has been pretty mild up here in the north Maine woods. We have just maybe a foot of snow. That's enough for me!

This poem is so much fun.  I have read it several times and always leave it with a smile.  I want the spring and summer part, please.  Love this, Kat.

This is more interesting than "my" gagantuan gallstones and glorious gizzards.
Why, is my horrindous hyperdermic hidious horribly herniated hyacinth hisbiscus holly or honeysuckle?
