The cabin a place of peace set forth,
beyond the rising sun and the white birch.
Over looking the tall pines to the north.
where moon and mountain meet across the sky.
Stands great waters with magic silver perch that fly,
when moon light strikes rainbow scales, twinkle like stars at night.
Across flat land by three moons, gold grass bleeds its full height
from fallen buffalo, hoofs sprout out of the land like stalks of dead corn.

Such vivid imagery. Enjoyed.

-Trina.

You'd be surprised by the pain I can imagine inflicting and receiving.

Very evocative, I liked the clear imagery, and especially like the final line, the hooves of buffalo growing out of the soil like flowers of death... wonderful simile!
