Just for tonight, may I hear your voice?
Just for tonight, can I make the choice?
Just for tonight, may I taste your lips?
Just for tonight, can we not pass ships?
Just for tonight, may we hold each other close?
Just for tonight, can we dance nose to nose?
Just for tonight, may we join our souls together?
Just for tonight, can we feel love’s sweet tether?
Just for tonight, can I have one small moment?
Just for tonight, can I release my Heart’s torment?
Just for tonight?

Bautiful reminds of something I once worte. One of my favorites actually although I do not normally write love poems once in a while something comes to me.
