Today I looked at a tree,
It distracted me from the time which passes
Of the reason in the selfish traps,

It distracted me from the ocean forgotten
By Christopher Columbus, that of the heart
( Between continents to be discovered),

Today I looked at a tree,
It distracted me of others anguishs,

To never see you again stretched out
Under coconut palms in the talkative customs,
Of no more knowing you, your happy nudity

When your eyes look at me by doubting,
I discover the world which likes the peace
Attached to the dresses of the saffron flavored women,

Today I looked at the centuries
beyond the certainty of stars,
A tree was enough for me to know myself.

I like this, I need to find me a tree to look at too. Enjoyed.

What better study of life than a tree, yann.

Profoundly beautiful, yann; I will not mar its artistry by my habit of waxing philosophical and tedious---let the tree stand alone in its testimony to the marvelous continuity and beauty of life!
