Sometimes when life and I are standing face to face’
just one small glance can quickly put me in my place
I cannot guess what future lies in store for me’
Nor comprehend my unexpected destiny

So many things we take for granted are denied
So many times the tables turn before our eyes
What we had planned was never part of God’s design
It’s just a dream much less profound than the divine

But there is much that by the grace of God is true
One thing for certain is the  friend I found in you
Dear poet of PIP, your heart is aways open wide
And when I weep I know there’s room for me inside

Thank you dear friends for all your warmth and your concern
And for the overwhelming love I did not earn
As I prepare to meet with unexpected ends
My faith is lifted to the sky by poet friends

Much Love
Liz

That works both ways dear Elizabeth.  We will all be right with you on this.  Hurry back to us.

Grateful we are for your nice words
Better than praising majestic lords
Your open heart is our main concern
From your nice words we always learn
Inside you, there is no room for weep
There is a nice dream when you sleep

I join the chorus here who sing in rhyme
With love that shines upon you at this time,
Our hearts and minds will carry you along
To keep your spirit and your body strong.

Sending love and hugs across the miles Liz.

My thoughts and prayers are with you.

You earned my love and a forever home in my heart with the poem you wrote for Toe. *S* But even before that, your words had shown me a lady of immense grace and class and caring. Today and as you recover, you are in my prayers.

The words you have written, have touched me in many ways. Have lifted a few emotional rocks left undisdurbed for quite some years, and peeked at the dark and under side. Evoking battles berween inner strength and destiny.
Wonderful writing, wrapped within real feelings.

Thinking of you..  don't give in, and when you get the strength to write, do just that.

yours,

Alexander.

Most beautiful words, dear Elizabeth. Touching.

You are indeed never alone, you are loved and accompanied through these challenging times by divine messengers, loved ones and friends.

Love and trust.

Since I am new on the block, all I can say is that the poetical nook I found here a few days ago seems to be filled with the kind of people you described. I am happy to be here and truly loved your offering today.
