I wonder of your eyes when they are perhaps
just glancing at the dark colors before dawn
when you smile at cocoa sipping suggestions
and bring a shiver that shimmers under neon

when you turn your back to your own footsteps
and linger closer to man made moon light
just to cast a whispered glow of woman ways
and does your shadow carry perfume like you

letting it drift across an imagined sea smile
and up over the onto of leather lathered stones
like a left over kiss that was just brought along
in case there was a place in day dreams remaining

and only you could plant in that wanting garden

one always has to wonder about the spare kiss that might be brought along...

nice read Sir..and as always your touch is deft and the wording uniquely yours.

Awesome, dear D.! One of those poetic expressions that make we want to squeak in pleasure

I wonder too, and remember the shadows drifting lazily.
But mostly I remember how riveting those moments were.

Love and warm hugs always, D~

I love the line `Does your shadow carry perfume like you`,  Where do you get such lines?
