Roselily

Put a flower in your sweet hair
To wear
The bee`ll be pleased - beware!
I declare
You`ll be devastating
Scrumptious and breathtaking
Prepare a flower for your hair
I do swear
You`ll be lovely beyond compare

Comb not those unkempt raven locks
Of knots
We`ll let custom frown from its box
My sweet fox
Let fools be simplistic
Dumb and antagonistic
Why be boring and orthodox?
A Xerox?
When you set the world on its clock?

Put a flower in your unkempt hair
Roselily, so lovely and fair

Such pleasant, creative wordplay, delightful indeed, dear Earl.

A flower in the hair is such a romantic detail, it becomes every woman I think, but we do not dare to wear one most of the time, I fear. Maybe in the intimacy of home it can be done. Just bought a beautiful lilac silk flower the other day because I liked it, I am sure I will never use it though. But I did try it on my hair ...

Enjoyed this much.

Love,
Margherita

this is very romantic Earl... yes, a love poem.

Margherita, please wear the flower.
every woman should wear a flower in
her hair at least once.
ask Earl.
