.

Wet yellow
Orange and brown
The fallen autumn leaves
After rain always lie
In the fenced in back yard

The sky is forever
Gray then blue

White clouds like snowy
Distant mountains eternally
Drift across above a horizon line
Made of house tops telephone wires
And old oak trees

I am waiting for you as before
By the small one car garage
You called for me and of course
I came

And there you are
Your long blond hair
Streaming again
In the cold
Clear October air

There’s no need
To hurry

Why rush
Take care

I’m always here

.

Very good. For this reader the clear-here rhyme nails it.

The moment captured very well with lovely lines of lonely beauty.
