My Mommy Muys. Her body aging, her spirit young, with little flaws of memory. Enjoying her life as it comes to her, I consider it a treasury, to have her still around. She lived her life through peace and war, for one year less of a century. Made our cloths, supporting her kids, she never knew great luxury, but she is still around. And now I'm taking care of her, asthonished by her bravery. The will to live is very strong, her wits and tales quite savoury, I'm glad she's still around. She has a motto I want to pass on, which helped her through rough times she said. I've made it my own, maybe you can too, just let it sink deep in your heart and head. My heartfelt congrats to your mom! The poem a fitting tribute to her strength and wisdom thinks I..and her motto..certainly one we could all learn to live by! |
