At the impasse of our thoughts
The long winding road
Approached the ski resorts home

I found myself touching her white shoulder
Breathing winds of our balcony
Onto my sheepish mouth,
With an ounce of freedom,

I sided with her arm,
The long winding road,
Down a path, we, as lovers,
Will never forget.

Wistfully I applaud... I mean, as one who left her at the day camp duneline, never to return.
