Rebuild

You let your years go by
Playing the same game you'd never win
You were so stubborn, you had so much pride.
Look at yourself, you have just died.

You stood like a brick wall
Letting everything crash into you
Not a single chip, not a single crack
You asked, you received, you never gave back

But finally you've fallen
Fallen victim to a gentle breeze
You crumbled, torn down out of nowhere
Feeling dead inside you spend your days in prayer

It's time to rebuild from the ground up
It's time to become stronger
Pick up every brick and lay them across the ridge
This time you will build a bridge

A very effective portrait ending with a universal truth. You have a lot to say and you know how to say it. Well done.
