standing
stark naked
and grinning
sincerely

he bares it all,
and bears it all.

other intricate egoes
so delicately deceive.

an elegant dress
belies a cancerous bosom
but fragile frames
collapse in the shaking.

I'm not quite sure what the tone of this one is (though I did like it a lot), because it seems like it could mean lot of different things to different people, but I have to say, your alteration of clichés was very interesting. Welcome to PiP; I hope you like it here. -Rileigh
