Thoughtful and kind
so wise beyond her years
forgiveness incomprehensible
patience, so endlessly rare

Above and beyond
is the example she sets
living a life of hard work
forgiveness and love, no regrets

Never have I met
nor will I ever meet
a woman with her strength
to overcome such defeat

If ever I have questioned
'Is there a God above?'
I can assure you He exists
I have found Him in her love

He’s in every thoughtful endeavor
and comforting embrace
of her encouraging support
eternal understanding, absolute grace

Yes, God has an angel
I proudly call her Mom
she’s the kind of woman, someday
I hope that I'll become

Beautifully said, your mother should be very proud.  She has a gifted daughter.

Your mother sounds like a wonderful woman, full of strength, wisdom and love.  I enjoyed your tribute.
