            Genie Problems

A middle aged lady digging her garden
Unearthed a strange bottle from an old garden bed,
When removing the cork out popped a Genie,
Who smiled at the woman and then happily she said.

Madam, you’ve released me from inside this bottle
And for that three wishes I will gratefully grant you,
The lady said, Genie please make me a Princess
Young beautiful & healthy & equaled by few.

Immediately the Genie spoke three magical words
And the lady turned into a Princess quite rare,
The second wish Genie please make me wealthy
So for all of my family I can fully take care.

Immediately she was surrounded by riches aplenty
Then said, my old cat is dirty and really gets on my quince,
Genie can you please turn him into someone courageous,
Young and quite healthy, as a handsome young Prince.

Again the Genie murmured the magical statement
And in a flash a young Prince replaces the cat,
The Princess is overwhelmed with untold excitement
As she stands and admires this strong aristocrat.

The handsome young Prince then gazes at her beauty
And said young lady you must have one terrible regret,
For sending me hissing & scratching when I was a kitten
Downtown to be neutered by your local vet.

LOL

this is fantastic! I thought of myself in the garden...but it wouldn't be my luck to find a genie

LindsayP - Now this was a chuckle. We may not always know the outcome but we could all use a genie every now and then. This was crafted well, right down to the tickle bone. Namyh
