If you ever have a balloon
and it slips and floats away
you'll find all your happiness has gone
just look up smile and say

my happiness is on a journey
its flight has just begun
think of all the sights it sees
as it floats off to the sun

my happiness will come back to me
though I don't know when or how
I'll find out when I smile again
I'll just have to wait for now

Aw, this is great stuff! I would say definitely put it in the publish pile.

As for balloons, I've let a standard small helium balloon go and watched it through binoculars until I am pretty sure it popped, although it was almost out of sight by that time. As for Happiness, all I can try to do is not be so manic-depressive...
