O land of the great men,
Original and fertile valley,
More beautiful than a woman
married to dresses trees and fruits,
I see you studed virgin
Going down from tired mountains
Sure to please the desires of the men,
I see you rebellious virgin
Speaking about God to the balsamic rocks,
Half Dome consoling the errors
Of a whole people thirsty for oil,
O land of the great men
You offer your rivers to the fishermen,
You offer your heart to the glances of the sky,
To hope,to hope,to hope,
I takes my source in your fertile voice,
In the grass which shivers above
your admirable ground,
Admirable,
To hope,to hope,to hope,
I took your hand as a sun
Not to be stranger any more to trees
Bloom, the pain and the chlorophyll….

How absolutely beautiful, dear Yann!

This land really touched your heart!
