I wrapped myself in metallurgy
becoming allergic to love,
because I sought after nothing else.
Treating like it were the alchemist's stone
hoping it would turn my loneliness into gold.

My eyes opened
spreading light upon the world
turning it gold, because it was I,
It was I, that was the stone.

Love ran within these veins, it always had.
Heavy like a stone, my heart beat hard
It fell to the earth
turning everything into love.

Great imagery...liked the ending...when we share what passing through us and put it down in words it is neither bad or good..it just is..and this is done well.
