(Hi everyone!

I certainly can't get over the fact myself I've yet to publish my first all-new poem for this decade here, as my life has literally been a Burning Man in motion this past year, where the combined being-constantly-on-the-go coupled with my speechlessness in expressing myself due to everything being in flight and hard to describe at the moment keeping me from producing a batch of new completed poems, and instead expressing myself through stream-of-consciousness poetic prose that's hard to share here as well because of some sensual content.

That said, five years ago today I started penning a concept poetry set called "Emmanuel Endorphin's Serotonin Sandbox", celebrating conscious living in a most unabashedly whimsical, childfree sprightliness.......and this addition from the set, I believe, best encapsulates the transcendental sense of wonder, creative vision and electric awe I've been soused with lately!

When writing this in 2005, despite having a fertile imagination that made penning all this down possible, it nonetheless didn't reflect how I, myself, was living at the time, as I felt my imagined state and reality were two polar opposite entities. Now, I am living this dream, living what I love like a lovestruck dove! I'm now living my poetry!

Enjoy! )

Circulating The Peppermint Picayune

First of mays, start your tableau wagons,
we’re kicking pixie dust today with the rubbermen,
roman riding the summer breeze,
windjamming some sugar sweet chivaree,
we’ll show the town pluck under Jonah’s luck,
sway, lay and flic-flac in the mud,
everyone’s making their way but this is no turnaway,
everyone’s invited, so Yurchenko vault right in,
boomarang manta ray!

There ain’t no need to valet park in this city park,
all you need is your smile, happy lark,
we’re all of the same heart, reaching for the stars,
themes of stories to the children strummed with glass harps,
live what you love,
wear a friends smile like a glove,
and wave it to all your nieces and nephews,
as we continue our celestial delivery route,
circulating the peppermint picayune!

"Strangers are only friends you have yet to know,"
I read today in today’s featured column by Zenkei Kakumyo,
regular columnist for the Mango Tree Minute,
he only says soft news as it is, follows no inverted pyramid,
getting accustomed to a stranger’s mind, body and spirit,
is like a child skipping through a Genesa labyrinth,
and when you find that crystal, come on in and step inside it,
keeping visible all that was invisible,
spreading the full potential of love, energy, soul and wisdom.

There ain’t no need to valet park,
all you need is your smile, happy lark,
we’re all of the same heart, reaching for the stars,
themes of stories to the children strummed with glass harps,
live what you love,
wear a friends smile like a glove,
and wave it to all your nieces and nephews,
as we continue our celestial delivery route,
circulating the peppermint picayune!

We’re only covering all the good news out there,
it’s literally indispensable,
with holographic hug-a-grams, peace game stats,
Felicity McFaye’s Jocose Cove, Mother Marigold’s Enchanted Bookmobile,
and it comes delivered to you in your choice of flavor,
in casings of Giggly Gooseberry, Twittering Tagua-Tagua and Chirrup Chupa-Chupa taffy,
each page in the newspaper is a wafer thin, printed in baked cinnamon,
sealed with a Putti kiss to certify it mint condition quality,
all proceeds go to every child’s Christmas,
every month on every second and fourth Monday,
no need to volunteer, you’re already a conscientious distributor,
let’s make like the cat and canary down Miranda’s Midway.
.

.
Shaved ice is the queen of Sunnyside Park this spring,
cloudwatching and strumming sitars in the innocent heat,
a free reiki massage is performed on you from the slight breeze,
the laying of infinite fingers crown you a peppermint priest,
here comes everyone through the Genesa maze of this city,
to the Butterscotch Bandstand to celebrate love, life and diversity,
Yetis on stilts, Dolly-Olly Orchards on flowery unicycles,
Ziazan Zhixxokae & the Zulu Nut Troupe are here to make us cackle,
hey, look up at the sky, could it be, what do you know, here’s U.D.O,
back from Zeta Reculi with the Cottingley Fairies to light up this show,
the world is on live, universal signal transmitting from the Eltanin Antenna,
pitching the wonderful news from here to the Lagoon Nebula,
we’re gonna make peppermint the Earth’s chief export,
bartering peace, love and harmony for portraits of smiles and Zwicky’s Triplet Torte,
here he comes with the blue feather cap, yellow batik and rainbow hair, look at him swarmin’,
the Giddy-Diddly Sweetcheek Foundation Chairman, Emmanuel Endorphin!
Pump it now!

Hippy shake, hippy shakin’ in the rain,
hippy shake, hippy shakin’ in the rain,
hippy shake, hippy shakin’ in the rain,
hippy shake, hippy shakin’ in the rain…

There ain’t no need to valet park,
all you need is your smile, happy lark,
we’re all of the same heart, reaching for the stars,
themes of stories to the children strummed with glass harps,
live what you love,
wear a friends smile like a glove,
and wave it to all your nieces and nephews,
as we continue our celestial delivery route,

Live what you love, you lovestruck dove,
and shake the good news like a windchime!

Woooooooo!

Wow, Noah...  talk about LIBERATING!  This was like a Dr. Seuss ride through Sgt. Pepper's Wonderland with Willy Wonka as tour guide!  The happiness, freedom, wonder, and positivity simply oozed out of this work like a multi-colored, cavity-fighting tube of Aqua-Fresh!  Keep up the journey of discovery and wonderment.  Nice to read a familiar name once more.
