I DO NOT KNOW IF GOD LINGERS

I do not know
if God lingers
on the other side
of this mountain

but I must rest
now,
for I have spent my heart
climbing --
climbing
to here,
climbing
to now

I have climbed
through darkness
all the way
to doubt

passing shadows

This is awsome. I think, coming from someone who climbs mountains, that when you try to prove something often the anger and dejection linger enough to push god away

Is there knowledge
That lets us know
God is beyond doubt?
I believe not.
For God requires
No proof
Only faith
And perhaps not even…
For we have choice
And God accepts both
Doubt, as well as, faith
God is beyond the duplicity
of uncertainty

God is beyond this mountain
