Forever In Your Heart

Misty Forest Pictures, Images and Photos

Magic night whispers upon the moor,
misty blankets of enchanting fog,
roll over in silent motion,
like ghost of the night,

Erie sounds off in a distant,
like tiny spiders, my skin,
begins to crawl, slowly,
as a deer, I move,

Something moves out from,
the corner of my eye,
shadows of black,
disappear, fading,

The long, dark walk home,
through the black woods,
of the unknown, await me,
as I tremble,

Walking silently, slowly,
eyes are watching me,
limbs of trees are breaking,
the golden moon guides me,

Stopping, I take a deep breath,
gaze around me in curiousness,
who is there? I ask myself,
as if someone is following me,

Quickly I look around,
and see, my shadow,
onward I go,
pressing onward,

to the unknown.

Will my words stick like glue to your heart? it is the paste that keeps us together~

A magical and mysterious write here.
I like the suspense you created.

Very mysterious, one of my favourites of yours.

I believe this one is going into my treasure chest of poetic gems.

The picture is beautiful. the poem, I get the impression that someone is being haunted in this poem.  The poem has an eerie feeling to it. There is a feeling of being stalked.  beautiful words

take care

...and so we press on
despite the view
concealed from
our eyes...
