Fury, anger, betrayed by love, I shout to the sky, why oh why am I alive, only to suffer in life.

Sweat runs down my back, the one she stabbed a thousand times, because of those lustful eyes.

Visions in my head, feeling dead, I carry my own weight across the room, only to feel it crush me.

Demon, succubus, I hate her, yet love her in the same breath, for she has become all that I am.

Laughter, the chandelier shatters, as her loud shrill screams echo within the recesses of my mind.

Now when I look upon her, I see her lover, and the imprint he left upon the purity that once was.

Frozen in time, dreams of happiness have died; She broke my heart. She broke my heart. I cry.

Tears,
I cry.

More tears,
I cry.

Mourning for love,
I cry.

The tears run dry,
I die.

Emotions are gone, but the physical body lives on.

loved your last line...summed the write up perfectly...and all of it (while somewhat dark) was well written and very much enjoyed
