they strum their gypsy boot newsprints
while komodo seeps his sorcery
and leans across hollow sighed skies
whispering pink the dawns lipstick

day dreamers in that coffee room splendor
perhaps replaying mornings in high heels
when she was jeans in a breeze a day ago
now a lady tree in shimmer limb lovely

she steps from some yellow metal sunflower
with that oregon kind of smile sigh
welcome to my new day colors in her eyes
but an army kind of distant is there too

as if she knows of candy cane tomorrows
and leaves them with preying handed santas
as she dances to her own zen moaned katas
and bends the voyeur's glances around fingers

just to keep them tugging his moon edges

You sought a sigh on a spring's day...
and let the winds bring it to you.

Smiling...enjoying.

is that stanza cool or what?!!

This is fabulous....you always seem to work metaphors, word-play, clever phrasing, emotion to absolute perfection!  And your titles always rock!  My muse is humbled by yours.

as always, your use of words is fantabulous and these are remarkable:

"as if she knows of candy cane tomorrows
and leaves them with preying handed santas
as she dances to her own zen moaned katas
and bends the voyeur's glances around fingers

just to keep them tugging his moon edges"

I echo Lady Honey and Sir Steavenr... I particularly enjoyed those four lines... I'm a little fuzzy on the rest, but then I've been working with fourth graders all day. That's enough to make anybody fuzzy.
