The young Latino fighter was primed and looking swell
The challenger was ole Toerag, a chap we all knew well
Wearing his pink boxer shorts with lace around the band
He had the ref laughing so hard that he could hardly stand

When the fight had started then it didn’t last too long
The bell only had time to ding and never finished dong
The Latin fighter smacked ole Toe on sounding of the bell
It knocked his pink trunks ‘round his knees and caused his eyes to swell

The Latin fighter nailed him with a left and then a right
Toerag reeled around the ring it was an awful sight
His foe then battered poor Toerag from one side to the other
Finally ole Toerag dropped and said “I need my Mother”

They took him to the dressing room and put him on a table
It took nearly a half a day until ole Toe was stable
Both eyes were black, his nose was broke, he’d lost a tooth or two
When all his buddies saw him they asked “Who did this to you?”

Toe just smiled a toothless smile and said “I had a fight”
“But that Latino fighter got the best of me tonight”
One buddy said “Those Latin fighters really can be rough”
Ole Toe said “Yes, I didn’t know that JLo was so tough”

Happy Birthday Toe!

Yo Steve,

Toerag got what was coming to him--getting beat up by a girl and all.

I like this poem.

WOW! Ole Toerag couldn't even take on JLo! The fellow's sicker than I thought. Maybe he should challenge Don Knotts! No, wait, Don's deceased...well, that would make the odds about even!

Thanks for letting us know, Steve. Always good to keep tabs on the Toe

Looks like Toe is still taking punches from every corner. I hope he'll be able to recover soon. Enjoyed.

I'm sure Toe enjoys the humor in these poems as much as the rest of us do.

This made me smile.  JLo is one tough lady.
