Scribble, scribble, scribble
Yeah, I wrote it on my skin
Pen to fang
Venom to ink
Scribbled a verse just to think

Watch the world go by
Watch it pass without a blink
Sun shines bright, beautiful as it may be
But my moon shines blue, wondrous as the sea

My body aches and my mind is numb
Fear in the shape of procrastination has begun

I love one
Might as well love none

Have scripture in my heart
A movie behind the eyes
Tongue of silver
Hands of lies

In my throat there is a knot
Never knew I had any strings to tie

I could never sing a key
But I could sigh
And if my sighs could speak a thousand words
A thousand cliche's would be yours in turn

Let it be known
I'm jittery around you
Nervous around you
Stupid around you
Wish I'd never found you

"Everything has its beauty but not everyone sees it."

"Hold faithfulness and sincerity as first principles."

-Confucius

Hey, lost poet, from the muddy, wind-swept plains of Nebraska.
Sounds like this true love thing is not going your way.
Well, everyone hits a rough patch once in a while.
They tell me not to chew snuff when asking some gal out to a shindig.
Really, chum, nice poem!
