The Northeast has had more than it's share of rain while other parts of the country are bone dry.

My son's house received 4 feet of water in his basement the last dreadful storm and now we're expecting more rain for the next 3 days! I'm praying he doesn't get anymore water

most days i pray for rain, only for the garden...but I suppose I could use the hose

Dixie, we've had so much rain it's ridiculous! While we're drowning up here other parts of the country are bone dry. Mother Nature never seems to get it right.
