Like frozen souls
the snowflakes
fell.

Adrift
in their brief
of rise,
and reckoning.

Bliss
without aim.

A victory
of surrender.

Backwards in its
Progression.

This harmony
of silence,
and sanguinity.

When is the color
of pale
bright enough
to carry
water?

Who says
rainbows
aren’t made
of evaporated
tears?

How is
nowhere
heard
without being
deaf?

What?

What was
tomorrow doing
saying
no
to yesterday?

Why do
Braille words
cry
when blind people
read them?

Where does lonely
go
when a sad person
dies?
I drowned
on a notion
last night.
Yes,
it went pretty quickly.

I’m kind of
bummed
about it too.

I was just
starting
to like myself.

Well
a little anyway.

Ehh,
not really.

But someone
might have?

Who knows?

The notion swells
of your
apprehension
were just too high,
for me to stay
afloat my love.

If only
your waves
of inclination
and impulse
had been
a little bit deeper,
I wouldn’t have
crashed
onto the rocks
of reclusion
and you could have
kept my boat
an illusion,
just
a little bit longer.

Or had
your grasp
of intimation,
hadn’t dwelled
on separation
you could have
pulled me out of the
fathoms of caprice
and into your
soul saving arms
of deliverance
and release.

Yes,
I am
no longer.

But then
maybe
I never
was?

But that’s
okay.

Everyone lives.

But not everyone,
really dies.

And with this
comes
my chance
to see
all things from you
you hid
from me.

Your thoughts
and wish
your touch
anew
the love you felt
and knew was
true.

The pain you felt
deep in the night
the feel of arms
that held me tight.

I am the sigh
deep in your throat
the words you felt
but never wrote.

I am the tear
inside your eyes
that kiss your lips
each time you cry.

I am the gasp
within your breath
that loves you still,
through life
and death.

Such a lovely thought in midst of a highly emotional stunning poem, dear Richy. The beginning is also a pure gem:

Like frozen souls
the snowflakes
fell.

Margy, have I ever told you that you were the best? Only a thousand and seven times?
Well its worth repeating, because you are!

Dixie! How are you! Where are you? I hope all is fine, let me know, I'm worried about you. So great to hear from you, thanks my dear!
