I Forever You

My nights used to be
so dark
until you shimmered
into my life.

Like countless nicks,
in a brunette tent
you radiate toward me
like a thousand sparks of life
plunging
toward the faint
that fell upon the soul
of my amiss.

I never realized
that every star came out
just for you,
except for the two
most brilliant ones,
that god stole
for your eyes.

You are the silence
of my dark
when I miss you
by my side,
I am the tingle
on your nape
when my breeze
blows on your neck.

You are the hurt
within my pain
when I yearn you
in my mind,
I am the hush
within your sigh
that falls quiet in
desire.

I am the clinching
of your hunger
when you need me
in the light
I am the shiver
in your thighs
when you fondle
late at night.

I am the sheen
upon your lips
when my tonguing
wets your lust,
I am the throb
inside your loins
when you miss me
in your heart.

I am the bite
upon your mouth
when I fill you
from afar
I am the tear
within your eye
when you hold me
in your dreams.

What is love,
besides the absolute
true measure
of our meaningfulness?

What is love,
besides three words
we utter before nighttide.

They say that love
is the ideal,
whereas marriage,
is just real.

All I know myself about
true love,
is what I’ve learned from
you
that love is love,
and love loves deeply,
and so darling,
so do we.

It’s true that people marry
what they truly, really, need
and I my love, on this day,
and always forever,
marry you.

Okay, I am left speechless by the beauty of this poem. All I can think is "I want what she has." You are a true romantic and you write with such passion.

My dearest Ali, all, I can think of myself is that I want what she has too.

Hopefully someday, I will be able to share that, with her.

I am glad that you do still come back here - and if I am one of the reasons that bring you back ... YAY!

Just for that, I'll try to work on getting my picture back up here.

You are a special person - I read that in every poem that you share, ever response that you write. I hope you get what you need and fulfills you. You derserve it, Richard my friend ...

You know the way I look at that, is that half the people in this world are a million times better people than me, and the other half are the scummy little scoundrels that unfortantely inhabit this wonderful earth with us.

So with that said, yes, all of us here, right smack dab in the middle, yeah why not, we're special too aren't we, in that we simply try to help and care about others, try not to ever hurt anyone, unless we're defending ourselves, and just try not to ever be a burden on anyone, yeah, thats simple enough I suppose.

Basically, if we just don't take ourselves too seriously, and find cause to laugh and kiss, and hug everyday, then we should get through this whole thing quite good.

Ali, my dear friend, how could one not always want to come back here to see someone who welcomes them so warm, and graciously. Someone who is so giving of themself, someone with a spirit that we all carry, in our smiles.

Someone, just like you.

Now get that d@#& picture up!
