I can't stand one more cup of coffee today,
rather meet the night with rum and coke
because somewhere in the morning's light
I saw the biggest piece of me, broke.

Before I fix it, I want to look at it
with eyes blurred, emotion stirred,
to fall down next to it and hold on
without uttering a single word.

And I'm done here, now.l

Oh Dixie, the first verse put such a smile on my face along with a held back chuckle.

Then after reading the whole thing another time,
it was not so funny.

Not sure if it was intended, but the ending almost
appeared as though, the writer did fall off the computer
and onto the floor with her troubles.

Hey, it wouldn't be the first time for me,

I have just gotten word telepathically that Ron absolutely does NOT want coffee passing through the Pip system. It may damage our computers and he does not want to take responsibility for damaged created by sending by coffee! To say nothing of cream and sugar. Might really gum things up!
