Whispering the world's secrets through the lips of your eyelids every time they opened. I caught them in my hands rough and cracked from holding onto heavy things like the past, and high expectations. You were holding my entire world like liquid hope in your hands. And I cheered like a child for you because I knew it would lather well, and wash your sadness away. ________________________ Leaf, Overturned. (surgery miniseries.)
