Who Wrote the Words?

Who wrote the words and the music for happy birthday?
Because on Friday is my … err … mmm …
And so, if you don’t mind,
I will dream of gorging myself,
As I do each and every year, just once a year,
On Midnitesun’s obscenely fattening sugar cookies,
So good they could only have been made in heaven.
For there is net another star
astromoners have not yet cataloged,
a star that rises wherever it is midnite,
a star that somehow never seems to set.
I just made this up suddenly a moment ago.

Hey, nobody's human!
