O' Muse, it seems as if eternity
Hath passed me by, since last thee called my name,
Allowing me to soar; to heaven's flee,
To leave behind mine earthen bonds, to aim,
As archer's bow, an arrow at thine heart,
To pierce thy veil, so I, a mortal man,
Might with the angels sing, to thee impart,
The depths of love; the width of rapture's span,
Contained within mine soul for thee O' Muse,
Where hath thee gone, do not thee hear my call?
Why must I wait in solitude, refuse
Me not thy song O' Muse, I yearn thy thrall.
Alone I sit, and gaze to stars above,
I hear thee not, I hunger for thy love.

O' Muse, tho' oft thee quill of sorrow's bite,
Thy gentle song, springs forth as fragrant rose,
In radiant bloom, aglow in welkin's light,
As flows thy pen; of inner depths disclose.
To hear thy golden voice, thy pulchritude,
Allowest man, to touch upon night's sky.
Upon a oth resonate as Venus from on high,
An angel's harp, lets us thy heart intrude,
Allofar and distant star, thee weep,
Beyond the realm of mortal man, thy pain
Transcends across known bounds of time, to leap
Deep chasms of one's soul, with pain's refrain.
In thy sorrow, Fair Muse, doth heaven sing,
Splendor, on feathered grace of angel's wing.

Tim that is a thoroughly enjoyable well written poem my friend, which definately

warrants a lot more attention than it has been getting. Very well done. Take care.

Lindsay.

Sir,

Your writing has always been remarkable;
e'en though some might not comprehend
the magnitude.

While yours is looking, should s/he find mine, please send her packing toward home?

Always,

Your Sun

They like to hide and pretend not to hear us calling... but this should have yours standing up and applauding. *S*

Your muse must be hanging out with mine, Tim. Maybe you should forget the muse, you did a wonderful job here all by yourself.

Intellectually I know that Canada is no better than any other country. Emotionally I KNOW that Canada is the best country in the world!
