look at it this way
your mind is at work
caprice is in session
holding consistency
yours is a growing
kindred romanticism
as you search filigree
embellished sky high
awaiting the abstract
spiraling moon beams
to swathe your body
with the love of a far
away one who only
appears in secret trysts
tempting fate for her
for she is your adytum
her face sacred, her
body a shrine of bliss
these wonderful trysts
are sweet to the bone
still, leaving us pseudo
fulfilled, wanting more
not now, maybe never
these few minutes of
love sharing is precious
she takes all the chances
in the fall of the sun

*sigh* this is just beautiful, leaves me wanting more
OMG! I just noticed the pic, it hadn't loaded when I was reading - it's gorgeous.

"for she is your adytum"  I love this line; I so enjoy the word adytum in poetry.  I tried to use it one time, but it wasn't a glimmer compared to this.

Thank you, Lori. I have been more or less inspired.

Nicole, I understand about word you want to use not falling exactly in place as you desired them. Happens to me all the time. Thank you for being here.

Margherita, Your kind words are a good eye-opener this a.m., thank you.

Appreciate you stopping by this morning, Ice, and thank you very much for your supportive thoughts.

You have two choices in life:
You can stay single and be miserable,
or get married and wish you were dead.
