Change can mean so many things,
Outside of what they seem to be.
Still, change can be all for the good,
If we open our eyes and see.

There are those who will battle change,
Grow wobbly in the face of it.
But what is life if not for change,
We need to loosen up a bit.

There should be rightful directions,
Things should be orderly and true.
So I welcome change in my life,
Whether I'm happy or I'm blue.

There is no need to fight and wail,
Relax, accept, what else to do?
Change is for the best, I feel that,
Because it's about me and you.

You got that oh so right, dear Jerry! This is precious and wise.

Life's nature is indeed constant change and to welcome it and to remain in the flow, looking ahead, is simply the best way to BE.

Excellent!

I need to pin this up as a reminder to myself... too often, I think of change as a dirty word... I can't see past the painful process to the better days it might bring. *S*

I thank you profoundly for your comment, suthern. We tend to fight change, as if it was a bad thing, and yes, sometimes it is. But even bad change can lead us to a deeper understanding of ourselves and we find a depth within us we never imagined we had.
