Let’s Vote Them In Again! A nine percent approval rate Fifty-four say, “theirs” are alright We just can’t admit we’re wrong Try to use your brain, its might. If so many think this-a-way They’re not using, common sense We should make all politicians A big part, of the past, tense. They’ve lied and have screwed us Yet, we’ll vote them in again Just so we can be smug and think “Yes! My ‘party’ (?), won again!” Just ask this to yourself “What have they really done?” They made, saying, “I’m American!” Not nearly, as much fun. We have the wealth of our Nation Our jobs, and our lifestyle Exported, to other countries While, the rich, get richer, “Smile!” For, you’re on “Candid Camera” Where people do, the dumbest things Well, just keep on what, we’re doing We’ll see what stupid, “Stupid”, brings! A very clear message, I thoroughly enjoyed the rhyming, too. Reality does not rely on consensus. Everyone could believe the sky is made of marble, for instance, does that make it right? It does not matter what the majority think, and even less so when they're not educated on the subject. |
