Taste Test

Take a taste of sugar,
let the sweetness settle slow;
then swallow softly, if you can,
and let your juices flow.

It's flavor has a richness,
if it's swallowed without haste;
a sweetness that will linger,
that will satisfy your taste.

Slice a pickle very thin
it's best if it's a dill;
then get your taste buds ready,
for a heavy shocking thrill.

Your jaws will lock by instinct,
and your mouth recoil in fear;
be glad you had the foresight,
grab the milk that's standing near.

Relax and rinse the bitter,
with some milk and honey to;
remembering the sugar,
soon your mouth will taste like new.

With all the harm you think you've done,
it's time now for a treat;
grab that big strawberry,
you've been trying not to eat.

The taste is so refreshing,
you have found it's sweetest charm;
you know for sure this taste test,
has not caused the slightest harm.

Before you leave, you might agree,
for one more thing to do;
to really top the fun we had,
you might want lemon to

Suthern,
..Thanks, I get as far as the sugar
and have a senior moment. Twice I
started and haven't finished yet.

What a taste test.
Pickles and lemons and strawberries too?
Wow, had me puckering thinking about the tart taste.

Enjoyed.

Jl,
..Waiting to enjoy the taste,
a note came roaring though;
man can not live on bread alone,
he must have coffee to.
