I don’t need a man who’s gonna make me feel like I’m just another stupid girl I need a man who’s gonna make me fly Fly around the world… I don’t need a man who’s gonna tell me what to do I need a man brave enough to say “ I trust you!” I don’t need a man who’s gonna take my hand just because it’s cold I need somebody that I can hold No it’s not you so just walk out the door I don’t want anything more I don’t need your ring No I don’t wanna hear you sing Boy, just leave me alone… I don’t need a man who’ll treat me like a princess Have somebody go out and get me beautiful dresses I need someone who’s gonna give me his time Hold my hand and say everything is fine… I don’t need a man who says he’s the best kisser I’d rather have a shy guy, I think that would be better I don’t need a man who’s only after one thing I need someone who understands what I’m feeling No it aint you so get your clothes and go No I aint gonna take it slow I give you back your ring Don’t even try to sing Don’t tell me you love me so.
