Each Moment Unafraid

do you feel me
at night while you sleep
under night's whisper
of a silver spoon
a constant heart beat
breath stirring in motion
where I am your sponge
absorbing each drop of you
pulling the sadness
away from your day
leaving just possibility
I could grow old
in your arms
and live out
each moment unafraid
listening to your sigh
so let me dream
before the sun
pulls you away

Very good

When your time comes
rest next to the sea.
I'll lap over and we'll chat...
.

.

I died for beauty but was scarce
Adjusted in the tomb,
When one who died for truth was lain
In an adjoining room.

He questioned softly why I failed?
"For beauty," I replied. "
And I for truth,--the two are one;
We brethren are," he said.

And so, as kinsmen met a night,
We talked between the rooms,
Until the moss had reached our lips,
And covered up our names.

To sleep... perchance to dream. For such dreams get us through the day... that we may sleep to dream again.

I love this... I live this... Into my library it goes!

Oh boy. This is a good'n, and I hated to see it end. Sometimes the words just work for you, don;t they? They did here big time.
