.

Asleep
All weight
Falls to zero

White wine
Blue cheese
Rustling leaves
Of summer

A small rowboat
With wooden oars
We are bound to where
Those dreams of ours
Glide young and green
Beside a pebbled shore

Water ripples
Along the bow
I can see them
As we draw near

There’s nothing more
We need to fear
Together we’re going home
