One day down at the station folks
my good friend Balladeer
Had one heck of a choice to make
here's what he engineered

His foreman "Nate" stood on track one
and told him what to do
To throw the lever, switch the train
on over to track two

Now folks, I don't make this stuff up
no matter what you hear
I only tell it like it is
about our "Balladeer"

A speeding train came through just then
and "Deer" made up his mind
He let the train run over Nate
to coin a phrase, in kind,

You see my friends as he well knew,
as Balladeer's quite clever
His Momma didn't raise no fool,
it's better Nate than lever

JL,
Lol, this is my "stage" JL, or as close to one as I'll ever get. No bright lights for me thanks, it's more fun right here.

Now you're having just WAY too much fun!
Keep 'em coming...afternoon chuckles are just
as good as evening ones!

Sunshine,
Now, how could I possibly turn down such an adoring, and adorable audience. Let the insanity continue, lol.
