Between the Lines

Listing

There is this list upon my wall
Of all I need to do.
I try to follow, order-wise
But thoughts interrupt the view.

My mind, it wanders off the course
Engineering the day's interfere
When the only words and deeds of want
Are to know that you are near.

Wondering why these events occur
Without a soothe of touch.
Without reflecting the missing of
The fading to gray of such.

Use to this, I'm getting now
No hints, just clouds of reign.
There is this list upon my wall
Its completion to now attain.

Each new of day returns these thoughts
Held only within a heart.
Acceptance of a season's end
Unfinished, list to start.

How good for us that you decided to give the creation of this poignantly beautiful poem the priority of your list, dear Maureen.

First comes love, always, even when its implications are melancholic.

Your heart knows that the nearness is real.

Love,

Life is challenging at best, so I'm learning to just let it be and let live.

Always enjoy pondering your nakdthoughts, M~

I was nodding my head in agreement from the first verse... and didn't stop. *S* The mundane might fill the list... but our thoughts slip away to the magical. I like this very much!

I, too, have such lists - on my wall, in the garage, on my computer, and find managing them is magical.

Of course I'm the worst magician ever! Magic is when daily things like going to the bathroom, eating, and such, happens like it's supposed to.

My list get thrown away - a new one takes it's place  and every once in a while I find spam on one of them, a line drawn directly through the center of an item...

Then I have to throw that list away because somebody messed it up ... it's now out of order...

cool piece my friend.

I have trouble concentrating enough to write a list.  My mind is flitting all over the place.

I like this, Maureen.
